Hisense Roku TV Netflix Issues

I got this tv recently. Netflix will buffer sometimes. All other streaming apps (disney+, youtube, etc) have been fine. I've checked all of the 'regular' stuff. Wireless router is 30' away with plenty of signal strength and speed. Anything to try that may fix the problem?
I've done a little googling and it seems like there are issues with Roku in general and Netflix. Has anyone else had similar issues? Do you think its a problem with the TV or does Roku have issues with Netflix? I could buy a Roku stick and try it, but that defeats the purpose of the Roku built in.
Any help would be appreciated.

you pick up that $598 hisense 75" roku tv at walmart?
i find wireless on any tvs to be crap. i run ethernet to all my big screens and haven't noticed any issues with apps. on tvs that are wireless its not unusual for apps to buffer.
you have 4K netflix or 1080p?

1080p.
Don't know the correct tech term, but was wondering how robust the hardware is vs say a firestick, roku stick, etc. by itself.

if its a brand new hisense roku TV thats going to be your optimal experience. its a step down to plug in a firestick, etc.
you didn't post which model tv. i know the 75" hisense supports HDR & dolbyvision out of the box with the roku that's built in. you may have mixed results plugging in various sticks.
personally i can't stand chromecast and fire sticks. fire sticks seem to work about 6 months before slowing to a crawl and chromecast kept removing features to the point its almost unusable.
