You would watch SECN+ in the ESPN app.
You use your Hulu Live login to authorize it.

So it depends, did you sign up for ESPN+ outside of Hulu? If so, you need to use the Hulu app.
However, if you did the bundle within Hulu and have Disney+ or ESPN+ it should be in your Hulu menu/app.
