Unplug the power cable on your internet modem/router.
Turn off your ipad.
Wait a minute.
Power on the modem.
Power on the router (if separate.)
Wait a minute or two.
Power on the ipad.
See if that helps.

Maybe clear your website data on your browser? You will have to re-enter all your passwords, however if you do this.

Is it automatically putting in a password? If so try this...
Go to Settings > Passwords > AutoFill Passwords, then turn off AutoFill Passwords.
Go to Settings > Passwords > AutoFill Passwords, then turn off AutoFill Passwords.

Can you let us know what worked when you get it resolved? I use my IPad exclusively and if it happens, I’d like to know the remedy.

At least shut off iPad as in restart it, then turn Wi-Fi off and back on. See if that works
