Help needed about Apple IPhone and Macbook

Got a notification that a MacBook was using my iMessage and FaceTime this AM. I reset my password, and checked my devices list. Only two that were on there is my current phone and MacBook. I haven’t used my MacBook in a couple of weeks, but I guess it is charged and connecting to WiFi? I can track it on my Find My app. I guess my question is do we think the notification this AM was from my Macbook connecting to wifi?

Probably. Also, did you get a new phone or iPad lately? If so, it's that. I've gotten these before when setting up a new phone or iPad, etc.

I did not. I didn’t get a login email either like I have when setting up new devices.
