FYI for anyone looking at soundbars

We just moved to a new house and I decided to go with a soundbar in our smaller TV room instead of my larger component system.
I ended up going with the W studio from Def Tech.
was $1299 now $499
It is being replaced with a newer model and they are HEAVILY discounted (as you can see).
It sounds phenomenal. Obviously, the stereo separation is not up to par with separates. However, as most reviews of the bar state, you'll be hard pressed to find a better sounding soundbar, especially with music.
I'm not sure I could have paid the full $1300 for a soundbar, but at $500 I can assure nothing else will touch the sound quality for the money.

Oh trust me, I did a lot of reading prior to purchasing. Most of the negative reviews have to do with features (or lack thereof). I will also say I'm not a huge fan of the play fi app. However, being that I didn't need hdmi arc or bt capability, this thing was exactly what I was looking for.
As I said before, I was mostly concerned with audio quality, and this is hands down the best sound bar I have heard.

If anyone is interested, I bought the Samsung HW-N950 7.1.4 system a few weeks ago from the Samsung store. If you register with your old school email address, it could give you the employee discount. I got $425 off.

I have the W Studio as well as the micro version. I got them both refurbished on acccessories4less. I agree the sound quality is fantastic.
