I have had issues with them ever since setting up there services in November of 16. Today out of no where I drop all TV and Internet service. The modem has flashing red lights at both broadband lights. I call them and they come back and say yeah we will have to send a tech. Told me he couldn't come for over a week. I bitched and they changed it to Wednesday. Still I'm furious, I will have to go somehwere to watch the game or stream it from my phone.

They were scheduled to set me up on first day of ncaa mens hoops and my alma mater was playing, a game they won by 1.
Dudes from uverse were not on time. Soooo, i called another vendor, said if the ncaa game is on my tv when it starts, i am their customer.
Game on my tv.
Called att. They were going to need another day to get the hub working out at the corner. Never you mind, says i.

AT&T And Uverse was the worst provider customer experience I have ever had in my like and I'm 51. Nothing was done as expected. Service sucked, support was horrible and the billing was a disaster. Never again... stay away!!!
