I'm in need of a quick font download (Century Gothic Bold) but can't find a "Free Fonts" website that doesn't require the use of a .exe download manager or a Zip folder. I'm leery of these executables and zips - for obvious reasons. Hoping someone could share a good "clean" source for these. TIA.

Updated: And yes - it did occur to me that I've been seeing Century Gothic for years now as a standard windows font, but I just checked Windows>Fonts and it's simply not in the list (WIN 7 Professional; downloaded/installed about a month ago). I strolled over to another/older Windows machine and voila.... there it was in Windows>Fonts (zipped and emailed to myself). Which begs the question - has Century Gothic been renamed??

I can understand the executables, but why are you afraid of zip files? Extract and see what's in it, that's no more dangerous than downloading directly. Even if there's a virus in the zip, it can't just run itself.

Seems like I heard from the virus gurus to NEVER open a zip attachment in an email. I guess I'm being overly cautious here... I do understand that you have to deliberately perform a task (double-click) to execute an .exe

free and no .exe or .zip formats. I didn't see 'Century Gothic Bold' though.

That's not begging the question.

It raises the question, and the answer is no. It has not been renamed.

If you need it, I can email it to you.

I think that's because most morons will double-click to open the zip and double-click whatever's inside the zip.
People are just retarded. A customer of ours got an email saying it was a voicemail from their phone system. It was an exe. They ran it. Cryptolocker.
So I asked them if they normally get emails from their phone system. NOPE! She thought maybe someone snuck in over the weekend and upgraded their phone system. Brilliant!
I've also had people running executables to track their UPS/FedEx packages. Sounded legit to them because they were expecting a package
