Are they really that great? Any brand better than the other? They are pretty pricey for a TV compared to others.

They have their purpose.

Personally I love our 2022 Samsung frame.

Looks fantastic with art on it when it's not on. Better than a big black rectangle on your wall.

Do you have the QLED?

Was there an option to hang it on the wall w/ a pre-existing wall mount?

Thanks for the rec.

yes i believe its qled

you will want to use the ingenius mount it comes with..it uses movable mount so you have some wiggle room to make it perfectly straight even if your mount isn't and these magnets that 'snap' the tv to the wall so it looks exactly like art.

there are also tons of samsung magnetic 'snap on' frames (wood, different metal colors, etc.) and 3rd party frames that literally snap around the edges to make it look even more like art.

As a TV they are average and expensive.

If you really like them for their gimmick then there is nothing wrong with them

Mine is being delivered this week. What did you do with the cord that connects to the input box? I was not expecting a cord on the art tv but I hear it’s thin so just wondering if it is noticeable?

I cut out a spot for a wall plate behind the tv, and another by the baseboard, and ran the cord through the wall and out to my media center. Gives it a completely wireless look.

So, I guess I'll have to remove the mount my current Samsung tv is on?

I have a tube in the wall my cords go through so it won't show much there.

Yes you'll need to use the mount they provide.

And yes that thin little translucent wire should go into the wall to make the install seamless. Amazing they can push power and signal through that wire. Just goes to show that the fat HDMI cables everyone uses now are dinosaurs and could be much thinner.

It is probably not the best sound or picture quality but I don't really care about that I just watch normal TV. When someone walks in our house the first thing they ask about is the frame TV on the wall. Got a good looking magnetic frame off Etsy.

I had to put a recessed box in the wall behind it to hid all cords and get it as flush to the wall as possible.

What magnets that snap the tv to the wall? There are magnets in the snap on frame...... which hold the picture frame on...

Our current tv is above the fireplace in a recessed space.

Wishing I could just use the current set up for the frame tv.

They have standard VESA mount patterns. You would just need to make sure it's compatible with your current mount.

The 75" uses a 400x400 pattern
The 65" uses a 400x300 pattern
The 55" uses a 200x200 pattern

Those are all really standard sizes.
