Update. Changed it to standard def on cable settings. and all is well.
Nor will fit-to-screen option work.
Could this be a cable issue and not the tv itself?
A fraction of each side, top and bottom are cut out.

HDMI box to tv
Cable pictur not working.
However there also is a Roku attached to usb and hdmi. Could that be an issue?

Fox News fits.
The master replay fits.
However the cable channel menu is now magnified.
Happy with the picture though.
