Espn app issue with new 4k firestick

Upgraded to 4k stick
We use MIL spectrum login for things like espn
Trying to get on it now on the TV, it now asks for username and zip, rather than username and password
Enter that then goes to a captcha page. Makes you select things like “select all pictures with a traffic light”. But you cant select more then 1 picture- it doesnt keep a selection highlighted so I cant verify and go to next screen
Any ideas?

Try rebooting. If that doesn't fix it try deleting and re-adding the app.
