ecobee Home IQ not working?

I've had the thermostat for about 3 months now and still don't have any data in the Home IQ section. How long does it take to start getting this?

It shouldn't take that long. I installed mine at the end of April, and I was able to see my Home IQ for June. Give ecobee a call and see what's going on.
