Dumb question - need help with iPhone / iTunes

Guys, I know this can't be hard. I just bought a new MacBook Air and I'm trying to figure out how to bring all of my music from my iPhone 7 over to iTunes on the new MacBook Air. Can someone post the steps?

Ok that worked but for some reason a number of files are 'grayed' out in iTunes and won't play. 95% went over fine. Any ideas?
