Long story short, my Phantom Pro 4 snapped the right leg off. Stripped the wires and broke right below the body of the drone. Does anyone know of a repair shop in BR? I'd try to fix it myself, but my soldering days are way behind me.

TIA

Go to the DJI website and start a repair ticket. THey will give you a UPS label at no charge. Once they get your drone, they will inspect it and send you an estimate. SHouldnt bee too much. DO you know if you have the CareRefresh protection? If so, you will have the option to either pay the quoted amount or pay $50 for a refurbished drone. Which coming from them is probably better than new.

You may not have the exact same experience since your drone is an older (still powerful) model, but this was my experience when I crashed my Air 2S. I didnt even have the Care Refresh and they still let me pay the $50 and they sent me a refurb.

Took 5 days from the time I made the online repair ticket till I had the new drone in my hand ready to go. AWESOME service.

I bought my drone in 2016 and I thought I had purchased the Phantom 4 Advanced. As disclosed on the receipt and everything else that was tied to the purchase.

I opened a ticket with the model number and I got approved for the repair. After sending it in, they called to tell me that they don't service my drone anymore. Apparently I bought the Phantom 4 Advance, but was shipped the regular Phantom 4. What makes matters worse is they are still repairing the Phantom 4 Advanced, but not the regular Phantom 4. I've been battling with them for a few weeks over this. Today they acknowledged my frustration and offered a $60 credit towards the purchase of new drone.

F DJI!!!!
