Does anyone here use Shopify for e-commerce site?

My wife has a little side hustle, and to get Shopify support, you have to go online and request a callback. The callback feature hasn’t been available for weeks. She is wanting to make several changes to her site. The only other option is by online chat. Online chat sucks because it takes forever to go through everything. She has chatted and asked about phone support and all they say is that that feature must be busy. It’s been going on for 3 weeks.

Yeah, my wife uses it for her online boutique after i did some extensive testing/eval of various ecommerce providers. It’s been a couple years since getting it setup do haven’t had to experience the support section for them recently.
Does she have a managed subscription or something? I never looked into that option

It’s just a regular subscription. In the past she could just go online and request a callback. Now, it’s not available. All they tell her through chat is that it must be busy.

Have used shopify for years.
Started with them due to excellent phone support.
They offer no phone support anymore, has to be done through their website.
Still a great platform, but the service is absolute garbage.

Yes, at first, she could call for support, then you had to schedule a callback. Now, that’s not even available. They say it’s just busy, but it’s been about a month.

Well with access to support being a bitch, have yall tried looking to make the needed changes to the site?
