Does anyone have Brightspeed fiber?

Does anyone have Brightspeed fiber internet and have trouble accessing their account? When I try to login, I enter my email address to send verification code but the code is never sent. Anyone able to access their account?

My parents had the same issue. They got hacked a few weeks ago and their entire system was compromised Since then, it is preactically impossible to access customer info. You have to call to get anything done and that is a TERRIBLE experience with brightspeed.
