Do any of the live tv streaming services let you sync simultaneous streams?

I'm wanting to put football games on in the living room and back patio while people are over. Is there any service that lets you sync them up so 1 room isn't 30 seconds ahead of the other?
I can't get my hdmi splitter to work. I'm assuming because both runs are 30ft.

In your example, if you have any internet powered streaming service (i.e. youtube tv hulu live, sling) and turn them on both tvs they should be synced up.
the only time they would be un-synced would be if you had different services on both tvs, like cable inside and an antenna outside.
(P.S. sling only allows one ESPN stream a a time though)

Years ago I had one (can’t remember which) and I could start them at the same time and start off within a couple seconds of each other. As time went on though they would get farther apart and I would have to close out and start over.
