DESPERATE need for I-phone help

I accidentally deleted a contact when deleting spam texts. It was a family member and therefore I deleted all of the pics that were in our conversations. Tons of photos. I couldn’t figure out how to get them back and figured I could hook it up to my computer and do a restore. I restored it to 2018 (last time it was done) and not only did it not bring that person back but it deleted all the names of my contacts and now they are all just phone numbers. This was done 2 weeks ago. Is there anything I can do or is it too late? Can I bring it somewhere and can it still be recovered?

Do you have an iCloud account you back up to?

I have one but don't regularly back up. I don't know if I have ever really "backed it up".
