I have 3 M series deco routers and they randomly disconnected and I have tried everything under the sun and they will not connect to my internet anymore. Anyone else have these issues that can shed some light please

I have the X-20 mesh units. Two weeks ago we had a power failure and one of the three units started acting up, disconnecting from the network. I contacted Amazon and they replaced the unit. For what it's worth, TP-Link support is slow, and basically useless.

I couldn’t get them to reconnect to save my life. I got the WiFi back up but it wouldn’t connect to the internet

I have an update to my initial post. Amazon replaced the X-20 units, all three of them because they don't sell single X-20s. This set lasted one week and then the satellites started disconnecting and flashing red. The unit acting as the router still worked, but the other two basically quit. TP-Link support was completely useless through this entire issue. Amazon is refunding my purchase.
