I asked a Cox contractor, who is one of my customers, the other day and he was the one who told me about it. I was going to test it out but then Cox offered me TV with HBO for only $10 a month so right after cutting the cord I hooked it back up.

I was given bad info from the Cox rep. Turned into a clusterfrick just to go back to my original just Internet package. After a few hours on the phone I was able to go back to my original package.

think anything requires a cable card, this box is like $2 a month.
