Cox business for home internet

So the cox business rep for my company called me yesterday to let me know they were waiving upgrade speeds for business (upgraded my office from 50 to 100 mbps and my bill is $3 less now) and while we were chatting I mentioned I have AT&T at my house (12mbps).
She told me she could set me up as a business and be me rep for my home internet and get me 100 mbps through Cox business for $55 per month with no set up fees. She said Cox business isn't technically supposed to do this, but since we have a professional relationship she can make it work.
In my experience, the customer service from Cox Business is top notch compared to the dumpster fire that is their residential service.
Does anyone have a similar arrangement with Cox? Is this lady just blowing smoke?
tl;dr - does anyone use cox business for home internet?

Yes, you can get Cox business service at your home. However, I’m not sure what the criteria for that offering is.

Just a different circuit and WAN IP.
make sure you tell them you want a static IP in case you ever want to use it. Should come with the package

According to the lady i spoke with, because she is my rep for business she can set it up for me. The reason I switched from cox initially was bad customer service, this lady gave me her personal number.
I was more so impressed that she offered me that price. Before when I had the residential 100 bundled w cable it was like $160 and it would have been $120 for just the internet.
I guess using Cox business bypasses the bundling nonsense

Pro tip: typical business services are run on the same network as residential, but they are usually charged very differently.

Business internet should give you better upload speeds to match your DL. You should also get a static IP along with the ability host on ports 80,25, etc. that get blocked on residential networks. Usually that comes with a much heftier price tag, what you're saying here sounds like a pretty sweet deal. Ask her if she wants to set up my house the same way.

I'm gonna get this done some time this week. If it works out I'll send you her contact info
