Computer keeps opening help tabs. Help!

I can basically only use mozilla right now. My computer keeps detecting a F1 (i think) keystroke. I thought it was my old keyboard because the computer kept opening help and support tabs on everything I would have open (word 2016, chrome, when just desktop was up it would open windows help in chrome). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling chrome, I restart my computer to get the updates going, and I ran a few virus scans.
Edit: forgot to mention that I bought a new keyboard and the same problem is happening.
I've googled this and I have only found info on a F1 start up problem that sent the computer in to BIOS.
How do I fix this?
Edit: the problem is intermittent but when it happens I can't hardly use the computer. I'm guessing it's the f1 keystroke since that does the same thing when I hit it.
edit: these are the links being opened from either the desktop or chrome

It's probably a driver issue. It could also be an anti virus issue. Lookup "phantom keystrokes"
If you can't find an answer my tomorrow afternoon or so I'll probably get back on and give you some pointers. Out of town and on my phone currently do pretty hard to type out troubleshooting
