Changing AppleID and Microsoft OneDrive from account specific to an iPad to personal?

Long story, but I have an iPad that’s owned by our farm, and when I got it, I had this wonderful idea to set it up as such. So I created all new Apple ID and Microsoft OneDrive accounts not tied to me personally, or my personal info.
That’s gotten to be kind of inconvenient, and I’m not hiding anything, so I’d like to bring it all back and make it to where it is in communication with my personal Apple ID, so I’m not having to email myself, messages come in on all devices, etc.
Basically, I want to change the AppleID of this iPad to my personal AppleID, and I want to change the Microsoft OneDrive account info to my personal email, and still keep the info.
Is this possible?

I know on Windows you can connect multiple one drives at a time. LINK Connect both OneDrives to your PC and copy the business files to your personal One Drive.
I don't know if you can connect multiple iCloud accounts at the same time or not. If you can't then the options are connect the business icloud to your computer and copy those files to your personal OneDrive too. Then you can connect the other iCloud drive and copy those files over.
Another potential way to handle the iCloud end is logging into a web browser to download and upload files.
