I can't help you with this, but I must say putting subtitles on whatever I watch has helped a lot. I use to be against them, but now I find they also help me follow along better.

Any sound bars or anything else that prevents commercials from being super freaking loud when they come on???? Arghhhh annoying. I remembered a few yrs back someone tried to get a bill thru that made it illegal to do that. Why cant logical legit things get passed???? (yes sarcasm to all you that dont catch it)
