Browser-based Call-in telephone apps to capture public comments on lifestyle topics.

Hoping to get recs on a browser-based system that lets people call in and render opinions on lifestyle topics and save them as MP3's. Not interested in setting up on my smartphone. Web broswer only.

Not sure exactly what type of workflow you're looking for, but google voice is free and people can call in and leave unlimited voicemails up to 3 minutes long. You can download them as mp3.

Yep. Thought of that. I've been using one for years. I actually have another # on my other Google account.
I'd still like to have a setup with a dashboard-type look and feel where I can display topics, etc, and have a spot for Rules of Engagement. It needs to be kept civil...
