Bose Sport ear buds - left one not completely charging

Left ear bud runs out of juice after about an hour - at that point right ear bud still around 80% charged.
Have tried cleaning contacts in charger and on earbuds, resetting the earbuds, and swapping the charging cable. Have had the buds (I think) for 2-3 years… not sure how long they’re supposed to last.
Any other suggestions?
Thanks!

Is it definitely no juice? Bose ear buds have a fairly common issue of one occasionally going out. Have to unpair and then pair again and it'll fix it.
Had it happen to my pair and Mrs TTown's (no pics) pair already.
