Bluetooth Pairing Issue- Iphone to Jeep

I have had my phone paired with my vehicle for a long time and this problem only recently started popping up. For years this was never a problem.
Now, if I'm listening to radio (yes, old fashioned radio) and I get a call (or even a text!) while driving, my car switches to my Apple Music playlist without prompting. Random Bela Fleck Christmas song will start playing.
A cursory google search yields no help for me.
Anyone here have any advice or suggestions? I am about to just unpair the damn thing.

Man I love my 2019 Jeep JL, but damn the electrical is glitchy. I had a different Bluetooth issue in which my connected Bluetooth phone couldn’t take calls over the car speakers. Playing music would work, but not calls.
Turns out the root cause was a bad TPMS module that plug into the same bus. It took Jeep service forever to figure out.
Now, my 5” info screen goes black when I start my Jeep once in a blue moon.
