Live in the garden district and want to use electric scooter to get to football games. Any suggestions? Preferably trying not to go above $350 lol

For that budget, nothing. You are just going to get junk, just go to costco and get whatever crap they have on the shelves, because they are all about the same, not worth the price of purchase. A bit over $500 starts getting into the budget scooters that are okish.
Maybe a NIU K100P, it's a bit over your budget, but the only thing close. 265lbs weight limit, thats with everything on you including anything you are carrying. Batteries for good ones tend to cost more than your budget.

Just got done doing some research and picked up a scooter for each of my kids. One already busted his arse. Get one with at least 10" tires, not 8".
This one will probably fit your needs and budget - Hiboy KS4-Pro
If you want even cheaper, look at Werhy or Roinside on Amazon. Pretty sure they are built in the same Chinese factory.

No matter what scooter you get, the ride in with be reasonable. However, going home after the game you will be dodging drunk assed walkers blocking your passage and you will wind having not much fun going home.
I used to live at the crescent and would bike to the games, but that ride home was brutal and it was much easier to walk to and from the games.
