Being able to see your outlook email in outlook

1) I don’t remember my password and it shows up as bullets/ hidden in my settings. Any way to change a setting to see it?
2) i have an important email i accidently permanently deleted due to a screen problem on the old phone and need the password to retrieve it. I tried copy and paste the hidden character from outlook to the sever website and that didn’t work. Any other way to retrieve it?

Have you logged into email via Chrome web browser before (like a webmail interface), then said "yes" when Chrome asked you if you wanted to save the password?
If so, the following technique might work:
reveal password behind asterisk for chrome & firefox
I had to use it once before for a different situation, but it did work. I did it on a laptop; don't know how easy it might or might not be to try this on a phone.

Who is your email provider?
Have you tried to reset the password through the provide? Seems like that is the best way to acces your emails.
