ATT ADI managed router fiber for business has to be the worse tech support worldwide

They will not let out IT people access the router and we need a simple port change and it has been two weeks now since the request.

Today--New Years Day---I get call from Malaysia. It was the ATT support people calling on a ticket our IT folks had submitted the week before last.

I can't understand them.

Who is worse???

Get your own router. And tell them to switch everything internet based to go through that router.

If they don’t comply, threaten to move to Eatel.

At least with Eatel, they can’t hand you off to some 3rd party provider in a the third world.

I have issues all the time with Comcast and AT&T, but it is a blessing when I have to call and get service from Eatel.

Are you in Louisiana? Do you need a local Att rep? I can put you in touch with someone. But you should have been provided with credentials to login and manage the router. The customer can make changes on a fiber router. Don't let them bs you.
