It's not just about the battery.
Laptops with SSD's can last for hours and hours on battery. Keep your brightness reasonable. You can also tune Win 10 for better battery performance.
I have a couple of work Thinkpads and home Lenovo Ideapads/Yogas, all last a long time on battery.
