I recently purchased an Apple Watch 3 from a friend (got a killer deal).
What are some ways to maximize its functions?
What are some features you like to use?
If any pilots are monitoring this, how do you use it in Aviation?
TIA

I have the 2. Like the fact I can display local and Zulu time with regards to aviation aspect but that’s about it.
Just bought amazefit stratos because it has better features and longer battery life.

I’m a commercial helicopter pilot and the reason I like mine is I can quickly take my hand off the collective and read the message and go right back. It’s alot more discrete and I don’t have to fish my phone out of my pocket.

I like it for fitness tracking. However it's a mixed bag. Any cardio exercise will register heart rate just fine. Lifting weight on the other hand, not so much. Sometimes it registers my heart rate fine, other times at the end of a set it thinks my heart rate is 45.
