Apple TV 4K Sound Issue

Got a 4K Apple TV for Christmas and it’s been great…until today. Watched a movie, all was good turned it off and 30 min later went to watch tv on YouTube TV and 0 sound, across the device. I’ve troubleshot it based on articles but no luck.
Any advice?

Are you using the TV's speakers or a soundbar or something else?
Are you getting sound in any other apps?
Can you get sound through a different device?
It's hard to know what to do until you can figure out where the problem actually is. It could be your TV, Apple TV, soundbar, HDMI port/cable, ARC/eARC problem...
I would always start with making sure everything is updated and then probably unplug everything for a few minutes.
