Apple Music Issue: Family Account Members Access

So I have an Apple Music Family Account or Subscription. We access it mainly on iPhone 6's and iPad Mini's. Every now and again on a new Gen Apple TV.
My issue is with the wife's (no pics) account and/or access. I'm the organizer and my card's on file w/iTunes. Twice in the past few months, my wife's access has just gone away. She's listening, mainly to the streaming radio stations, and...just...poof. Gone.
It begins suggesting she join Apple Music and offers her a free 90 day Subscription.
I've used Apple Support Chat twice, and they were relatively simple fixes, but the tech's suggest that these fixes are work arounds. They involve me toggling iCloud Apple Music Library off. Then rebooting my phone.
I have to do this to mine because my wife's settings don't even show her the capability to turn on or off her iCloud Music Library. I'm the only one who has the option when this issue comes up.
With a reboot, mine's available and her's becomes available, and toggling for her usually solves the problem.
When I asked the tech, he said from a 50K foot overview level, it's a workaround they have to use as its an official bug. They're hoping this gets resolved in the next iOS update.
Has anyone else encountered by this?
