I have a technical drawing I need to make live for editing, is there anyway I can do that with it being a PNG?

I'm not sure if this answers what you are asking, but I frequently edit PNG files on Photoshop 2023. (Much of my astrophotography is either TIFF or PNG. and PS handles both.)

Photoshop or Gimp. Gimp is free.

You can actually edit PNG files in basic MS Paint if need be.
