Anyone with a connection at Optimum?

We canceled service because we are moving out of the area. But they keep sending us bills. We didn't have their equipment. We weren't under contract. Contacting them results in assurances that it's canceled. Yet, here we are, with another bill and now past due amounts. Any suggestions?

The best luck I’ve had is find them on Facebook or Twitter and send them a DM. They are quick to respond and it’s someone at corporate
