Anyone having issues with Cox connection to Firestick?

got a new Firestick, but when I try to go to channels and choose provider (Cox), conce I enter my ID and password on the Cox website, noting. It just goes back to choose provider.
Cox claims it's an Amzon problem.
Anyone have this issue? A fix?

Why would you watch Cox through a fire stick. I thought fire sticks are for illegal stuff only

You must be talking about different apps through fire stick like ESPN. I would reset everything and try again. Mine works fine
