Any AT&T internet Techs out there?

Up here in NW La. Last night the storms rolled through, never lost power but now I have no internet. Made the call this morning, did some minimal trouble shooting over the phone, still no internet.
So I’m getting the 2 red rapid blinks at the bottom of the modem/router. On the white fiber cable box in the garage green power light & green PON light but no Data light.
Any recommendations to fix it?
I just found out the downside of cutting the cord.
TIA for any info.

Try power cycling the ont, that's the white box that's in your garage. If you have green for power and pon but no data light even after power cycling it the ont may have gone bad. Also try unplugging the modem to power cycle it. Lastly make sure all cables are connected properly, if no one touched anything you can skip that but it's amazing how many people actually knock themselves out of service.
