I’d go with an upward firing laser projector. It’s the best bang for the Buck on a large wall.

As long as you don't need a screen larger than an 85" diagonal there are too many drawbacks to a UST projector in a non-light-controlled room. If the room is fully light-controlled and you use an ALR screen it will be better but still not like an OLED or QLED. Projectors are generally just now moving out of the novelty range when used outside of a true home theater.
