It's interesting that Urugary isn't in its usual 3-5-2, in order to counteract the French 4-3-3.

I don't think it means trouble for France. Mexico was at a disadvantage because not much was known about the way SA would play. Now France and Uruguay know what syle SA likes to play and know what to expect.
