14 of those sides have been in Primera, at one time or another.

Some are Primera perennials who´ve fallen on hard times.

Update on this thread. Lugo seems to have gotten away from relegation and still have a shot at promotion. Real Madrid Castilla has seem to have gone to shite while Barca B could be promoted if allowed to

Spanish B teams aren't allowed to be promoted. They just compete in lower divisions instead of having a separate reserves league.
