The same goes for Steven Fletcher. Actually, if they transferred before the draft, then it should be fine. At this point, they should probably just be allowed to keep Kightly and Fletcher.

Theyre talking about doing a supplemental draft DB, not sure when that will start...

I think you should be able to keep Kightly without any penalty (or bonus in the supplemental draft).
He will probably be hurt soon, but he does have stretches of nice form.

People who lost players get first pick, then its reverse order of original draft.
