Your captain gets double points i'm pretty sure, I'd mark it in your roster with a (C) or *C* or [Captain] etc.

here are the rules on trades transfers lineups and scoring

3.0- ROSTERS
3.1- Each roster is to have 15 players (minimum of 2 GKs, 3 defenders, midfielders and forwards). The draft will only consist of 12 rounds, so the final three roster spots will be filled by the clubs between the draft and the first week of competition.
3.2- Should a player leave the EPL during the midseason transfer window while still on the roster of an FMFP team, his owner will be allotted one selection in the Midseason Draft, whose order of selection will be determined randomly.
3.3- Should a player transfer in to the FMFP during the midseason transfer window, that player will first be made available to teams selecting in the Midseason Draft. If he is not selected in the Midseason Draft, then he will be free to be signed by any club.
3.4- Owners are free to release and sign players from the player pool as they wish throughout the season. All transactions must be noted in the FMFP thread.
3.5- Trades will be allowed between clubs over the course of the season. However, any proposed trades will be held for a period of two (2) days, during which time other owners may state their approval or disapproval of the trade. If three of the remaining owners not directly involved in the trade disapprove, the trade will be voided and the players returned to their original rosters.

4.0- SCHEDULE AND LINEUPS
4.1- Each team in the FMFP will play the other nine teams four times (two home, two away) each season for a total of 36 games per season.
· Should three or more EPL matches be postponed or cancelled in any given gameweek, the corresponding FMFP round shall be rescheduled for one of the two Premiership gameweeks left open at the end of the season. Any statistics accrued during matches that were played in this EPL gameweek shall be discarded.
4.2- The deadline for lineups will be right before kickoff of the first EPL game of the week.
· If an owner does not submit a new lineup, his or her lineup from the previous week will be used.
4.3- Lineups can be various tactics, but one must have a minimum of 3 defenders and no more than 3 forwards per lineup.
4.4- Should any FMFP owner fail to submit a lineup for Week 1, his club shall receive a score of zero (0), and will continue to receive scores of zero (0) until a lineup is submitted.
4.5- You may also put 1 backup option in your lineup in case of a surprise lineup change or pre-match injury.


Here are the epl scoring rules

During the season, your fantasy football players will be allocated points based on their performance in the Barclays Premier League.

Bonus points for the best players in a match 1-3
For every 2 goals conceded by a goalkeeper or defender -1
For each yellow card -1
For each red card -3
For each own goal -2
Clean sheets

A clean sheet is awarded for not conceding a goal whilst on the pitch and playing at least 60 minutes.

If a player has been substituted when a goal is conceded this will not effect any clean sheet bonus.

Red Cards

If a player receives a red card, they will continue to be penalised for goals conceded by their team.

Red card deductions include any points deducted for yellow cards

Assists

Assists are awarded to the player from the goal scoring team, who makes the last touch before the goal is scored.

If after this touch, an opposing player touches the ball outside the penalty area altering the intended destination of the ball, then no assist is given, except if this intervention directly results in an own goal.

In the event of a penalty or free-kick, the player earning the penalty or free-kick gets an assist if a goal is directly scored, but not if he takes it himself, in which case no assist is given.

All assists are reviewed daily but remain provisional until verified by the Press Association. For the avoidance of doubt, points awarded in-game are subject to change until the Gameweek closes. Once a Gameweek closes, no further adjustments to points will be made.

Bonus Points

The three best performing players in each match according to the EA SPORTS Player Performance Index will receive additional bonus points. 3 points will be awarded to the highest scoring player, 2 to the second best and 1 to the third.

Bonus points will be awarded on the Monday morning after the weekend matches are played. Any matches played on a weekday night will be awarded on the following morning.

Examples of how bonus point ties will be resolved are as follows:

If there is a tie for first place, Players 1 & 2 will receive 3 points each and Player 3 will receive 1 point.
If there is a tie for second place, Player 1 will receive 3 points and Players 2 and 3 will receive 2 points each.
If there is a tie for third place, Player 1 will receive 3 points, Player 2 will receive 2 points and Players 3 & 4 will receive 1 point each.
