Purchasing from Kitbag

Does anyone have any experience buying from Kitbag and getting it shipped here to the US? Ive read reviews in different places and there seem to be alot of bad experiences but they have a polo style shirt that i cant find anywhere else.

Took about 2 weeks for me to get a Chelsea jacket I ordered, but I live in Kansas City so it may be a day or 2 faster if you live on the coast

They've at least earned another order from me. Ordered a jacket and the crest was peeling off. They offered to exchange it but it took them so long to send the order in the first place I said no thanks I just want a refund and buy the jacket somewhere else. They said keep the jacket and we'll give you the refund in hopes you'll purchase from us again, so basically I got a free jacket with a minor flaw but I'll give them one more try.

Both of these experiences sound way better than what i read, i think i may give it a try

been a customer of theirs since 2003, never had an issue
