Has there ever been a legitimate champion in Italian Football?

As in, a team that finished top of the table, that didn't pay off a referee, in at least one game?

No, but I also believe that corruption (to some extent) is in every level of sports where money is involved.

Juventus league title is legit "this time"
It's their coach from his time with his team last season in serie b that's brought into question

Besides its Italy, if your team isn't accused of corruption then you aren't winning enough
