So much wrong in this post.
The imbalance in La Liga is not due to champions league money, the clubs negotiate their tv rights deals individually. Barca and Madrid each bring in well over €100mm/ season from the la liga rights, whereas no other Spanish club is making more than €20mm. So really, the champions league money is just icing, it's the revenue structure within Spain that causes the 2 horse race.
