MLS off season

So the theory to why we can't win the Champions League is because of our off season and I doubt the schedule will be changed. Well what if we played some games in the winter? Doesn't the leagues in South America have a schedule like ours? such friendlies could be a win-win IMO. Our teams play some really good teams and then in return they get attention in the states. Also, maybe some friendlies with teams from China could be good from a business stand point.

I don't know about the logistics or the willingness of the players or anything like that, but I'd watch.

Yeah me either, but I figure it would be a hell of an opportunity for younger guys if the vets didn't want to take part.
