He was at the end of the slide by his foot after he kicked out at him. Even then if you kick out at someone the might call it regardless.
Was it enough to go down probably not
But if you ever played you know you are taught when the ball is passed you and you get knicked ever so lightly to go down

He knicks him on his way down and Bruno’s other leg actually avoids the leg kicking out at him

If you slow it down it looks like his left knee gets him just barely . Like I said I wouldn’t call that a foul.
