All Times CDT
Decent bit of action for a Monday. I'll take it.
Premier League
Chelsea - Tottenham Hotspur, 2 p.m. (NBCSN)
-If Chelsea deny Spurs a win, then Leicester are champions.
Championship
Brighton - Derby County, 8:30 a.m. (beIN Connect)
Burnley - QPR, 10:45 a.m. (beIN Connect)
-Huge, huge games. Burnley and Brighton are a point behind Boro at the top of the 'Ship. Brighton plays at Boro on the final day of the season next weekend. Glad beIN at least put them on the online platform.
Serie A
Genoa - Roma, 12 noon (beIN)
Napoli - Atalanta, 2 p.m. (beIN)
-Roma and Napoli have both clinched Champions League football. Now they just jockey for position behind champions Juve.
Bundesliga
Werder Bremen - Stuttgart, 1:15 p.m. (FS1)
-Massive game in relegation battle
La Liga
Málaga - Levante, 1:30 p.m. (beIN español)
Russia - Cup final
Zenit - CSKA Moscow, 8 a.m. (ESPN3)
Scottish Premiership
Dundee - Dundee United, 1:45 p.m. (FS+)
-Dundee can relegate United with a win or draw

I gotta go shower now. And later. And maybe again tonight.

I'm a Chelsea fan for one day, and one day only.

I'm stunned Mr. P hasn't come in yet to detail the Russian Cup final.

That filthy commie dog is probably still in a drunken stupor from celebrating May Day.

Brighton 0-0 Derby at halftime.
Brighton really need to win to maximize promotion opportunities. They have a worse goal difference than Boro, so if they draw today, they'd be forced into a must-win at Boro on Saturday.

Derby take the lead. Nice break against the run of play a bit. Good save by Stockdale, but he parried it back for Andy Weimann to tuck in.
ETA: If I'm doing the math and matchups right, a loss by Brighton would mean Burnley can clinch promotion with a win over QPR later. If Brighton come back to get a result, Burnley could not be promoted before Saturday.

WOW. 10-man Brighton bundle one in off a corner kick on the final play of the game in stoppage time.
The draw still means Brighton have to win at Middlesbrough.

Hulk GOAT status corfirmed.
Even in a down year, we win silverware.

I actually messed up. A win does promote Burnley. Up 1-0 with 15 mins left
Posted on 5/2/16 at 12:39 pm to BraveTiger225
And that is that. Burnley 1-0 QPR and Burnley are back in the Prem at the first opportunity.

Will their odds to win the League next year be better than 5000-1?
Posted on 5/2/16 at 1:02 pm to BlueMoon
No bookie will offer those odds ever again.
