I hate Mike Dean as much as anyone, but he didn't have a terrible match today. Thought Wilshere's second yellow was a tad harsh, but he was on a tightrope after the RvP foul which got him a warning (though that foul wasn't exactly "YOU'VE ONLY GOT ONE MORE, KID" worthy). Cleverley's warning foul was worse than Jack's, but I guess you could say Dean was consistent.
I thought RvP's tackle was weak shite more than anything else. Ridiculous tackle to make on a former teammate who is coming off a leg break.

reffing was fine today. anyone complaining about discipline is hugely obscuring the central arguments (poor play/managing). although Orbinho had a pair of crazy stats about Mike Dean ref'd games for Arse v Mangchester:

Yep and yep. He's boned us in the past frequently. Today, there was nothing. Mainly because the match sucked.

Arsenal was terrible today..
this game is nothing like it used to be. normally id be nervous going in. not anymore. Arsenal has nothing to complain about except that they looked like a bottom half team
