Premier League and EFL now suspended to April 30 at earliest

Not gonna happen. NHS on emergency measures, so no resources can be given to sports, and an ambulance is necessary for every match

What's "not gonna happen"?
Also, looks like Liverpool will still get their title.

England's football authorities will delay the start of the 2020-21 season until the last ball has been kicked in the 2019-20 campaign, with sources telling ESPN that this year's Premier League and EFL seasons will "absolutely finish before the next one begins."
The decision, announced following a video conference involving all 20 Premier League clubs on Thursday in which it was agreed to extend the football shutdown until April 30 at the earliest, has raised the prospect of Liverpool having to wait until the autumn, or even later, to secure their first league title in 30 years.

You replied: "Not gonna happen."
Using standard reading comprehension, your response would indicate that suspending the league until April 30th at the earliest was "not gonna happen".
Even if you meant that play wouldn't resume on April 30, how would you know what will happen over a month from now?

What I explained. NHS is on emergency (normally lasts at least 3 months). No ambulance, no match.

La Liga will not name a champion
Makes sense, as that title race is close
